Privacy policy
Last updated 25 October 2026. Applies to every app published by Frantic Infotech LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and to this website.
The short version
Our apps are built to work without an account. We do not sell your data, we do not show third-party ads, and we collect only what an app needs to do its job. Health and fitness data you grant access to stays on your device unless you choose to back it up.
What we collect, and why
- Purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details. To keep what you paid for available on all your devices, our apps use RevenueCat, which stores an anonymous identifier and your purchase history. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Health and fitness data. If an app asks to read workouts, distance, heart rate or similar data from Apple Health or Health Connect, that data is read on your device to build and adjust your plan. It is not sent to our servers and is never used for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in your phone's settings, and the app keeps working with manual entry.
- Market and sports data. Apps that show prices, scores or rates fetch that information from data providers. Those requests carry no personal information beyond your device's network address.
- Crash reports and diagnostics. When an app crashes, a report may be sent to help us fix the fault. It includes the device model, operating system version, app version and the technical state of the app at the time. It does not include your name, email or any content you entered.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the email so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to any list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not use advertising networks or tracking for advertising.
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or microphone unless an app feature needs it, and then only after you grant permission for that feature.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our apps and provided personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Where data is kept, and for how long
Your plans, logs and settings are stored on your device. If an app offers backup through iCloud or Google Drive, that backup is in your own account and under your control. Purchase records at RevenueCat are kept for as long as your purchase is active plus the period needed for tax and dispute handling. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To delete any record we hold, such as support emails or purchase identifiers, email [email protected] from the address you used and we will confirm within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will act on the request. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
Third parties we rely on
- Apple App Store and Google Play, for distribution and payments.
- RevenueCat, for subscription entitlements.
- Market and sports data providers named inside each app.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you inside the app before the change takes effect.
