Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms apply to every app published by Frantic Infotech LLC ("we", "us") on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing or using an app you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, under the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to build a competing service.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple or Google through your store account.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
- A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder before the trial ends where the platform allows it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If you have a problem, email us first and we will help.
- Prices may change. We will tell you in advance, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Health and fitness apps
Training plans, paces and recovery suggestions are general guidance generated from the information you give the app. They are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, stop if you feel pain, and use your own judgement about weather, terrain and your health on the day. You are responsible for how you train.
Market and sports data apps
Prices, rates, scores and related figures are provided for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee them. Nothing in our apps is investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer to accept wagers. Decisions you make using the information are your own.
Your content
Anything you enter into an app stays yours. Where an app lets you send content to us, for example a support message, you allow us to use it to help you and to improve the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use an app to break the law, to interfere with our services or data providers, to harvest data, or to harm other users. We may suspend access to anyone who does.
Availability and changes
We work to keep our apps running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or an entire app. If we discontinue an app you have a paid subscription to, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on data shown in an app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you.
